Your next road trip and your RV’s next guest can share a calendar. You keep ownership and reserve an agreed number of personal-use days each year. When it’s time to explore, your RV can be prepared for pickup; when you return, it can rejoin the rental program.
Goodnight plans to handle marketing, booking coordination, guest communications and turnover management. You receive a negotiated share of rental revenue, with responsibilities and costs agreed up front.

Know before

Do I keep ownership of my RV?
Yes. You retain ownership. Goodnight’s proposed role is to coordinate the rental program under a written partnership agreement.
Can I still take my RV on a trip?
Yes. We agree on an annual allocation of personal-use days and a reservation process. Your RV can be prepared for pickup and returned to the program afterward. Scheduling, notice periods, preparation and any related costs will be set out in your agreement.
How much could I earn?
Owners receive a negotiated share of rental revenue. Results depend on location, demand, availability, condition and operating expenses. We do not guarantee bookings or earnings. Revenue shares, expenses and payment timing will be agreed before participation.
What does Goodnight handle?
The planned program covers marketing, booking coordination, guest communications and turnover management. Responsibilities for maintenance, repairs, transport, campground fees and other costs will be discussed and documented.
What if my RV is financed?
Tell us your financing status in the application. Eligibility may depend on lender restrictions and permissions. Any required approvals must be resolved before joining.
What about insurance and damage?
Insurance requirements, responsibility for guest damage and claims procedures must be reviewed and agreed before participation. Coverage is not promised or included by submitting an application.
Where is the program available?
We are prelaunch and evaluating our first owner and campground partnerships. Locations and launch timing are not yet confirmed. No accommodations are currently available to book.
